On January 11, 2021, at the Medical Training Deanships headquarters, a meeting was held between the Board’s management with a committee of training supervisors and a group of trainers from children’s specialization.

On occasion, part of this meeting was attended by Prof. Dr Youssef Karim, head of the Libyan Society of Pediatric Surgeons, and Prof. Dr Hassan Badi, Consultant of Vascular Surgery – Eng. Misurata), where discussions and held about the details and form of training followed by the Training Deanships Council with an explanation of the regulations governing this, and it was agreed upon:

  • The number of coaches.
  • Available training places.
  • Focus on the first phase of the Program Director role in pediatric training.
  • To Assign (Prof. Dr Faten Bin Rajab) to this task.
