The second forum of the Medical Training Deanships Council for trainers at the Carnival Hall

On January 1, 2021, the second meeting of the Council of Medical Training Deanships for Trainers was held at Carnival Hall – Thorn Road – Tripoli under the supervision of the Chairman and Management of the Council and in the presence of the 140 doctors involved in the training program, and the meeting items were as follows:

1. Reviewing some points and details of training curricula in different specializations.
2. Dr Ibtihal Khairallah presented a demonstration of the ADDIE analysis program.
3. Dr Osama Khamira, A detailed presentation of the list of coaches’ contracts and clarification of the essential points thereof by
4. Dr Ibtihal Khairallah’s presented an explanation and analysis of Gap analysis and program directors.

Followed by interventions and analytical presentations by Zoom from colleagues abroad remotely Tele Training sessions:

1. Dr Salem Bashia has designed research and its ethics.
2. Dr Al-Mahdi Al-Khammas competency-based training.
3. Dr. Nasser Al-Zouki has a program director role.
4. Dr Mohsen Al-Idrisi prepared the Powerpoint presentation.

In cooperation and presence of:

1. Dr Al-Mahdi Al-Warhami, the Minister of Labor.
2. Dr Samir Al-Saqer Head of the National Center for Health System Development.
3. Dr Osama Khamira. The dean of the health zone, Tripoli.
4.  Dr Mahmoud Abu Ouba. The dean of the health zone west of Tripoli.
5. Dr Al-Bahlul bin Ramadan. Director of Tripoli Central Hospital.
6. Dr Ayman Suleiman. Director of Maitika Hospital.
7. Dr Muhammad Ghawar. Director of Al-Razi Hospital.
8. Dr Ahmed Al-Bashti. Director of the Children’s Hospital.
9. Dr. Muhammad Al-Atrash. Director of Tajoura Hospital.
10. Dr Ghaith Abu Jardin. Burns Hospital Director.
11. Chairs of Committees. And the Supervisors of training.
12. A large group of trainers with different specialities.

Recommendations and discussion outcomes were written to assist the council and the trainers with implementing the training. The meeting was concluded at 2:00 pm.
